Digitalto is a Ukrainian web studio: websites, online stores, SEO and chatbots. We hire rarely and for the long run — a new specialist picks up real tasks in the first week, not after a quarter of onboarding. Every application gets an answer within 2 working days.
We work remotely, and calls happen when there is something to decide, not on a schedule. A person reads every application: we reply within 2 working days, a test task takes up to 4 hours, and if we ask for work from a live project, we pay for it.
