What a website costs
The price of a site comes from the number of decisions to be made, not the number of pages. A landing page and a corporate site can carry a similar amount of text, but the second has a structure covering several directions — and that structure is what consumes the time.
The prices below are starting points. They match a typical project: an agreed structure, custom design, responsive layout, an admin panel. Anything beyond typical — unusual blocks, complex integrations, a second language — is counted separately and named before we start, not along the way.
We do not work by quoting low and adding later. Cost and scope are fixed in the contract, and no extra charge appears without your approval. Payment is 50/50: half before the start, half on delivery.
When the budget is tight, cutting scope is more honest than cutting quality. Three pages done well now, with the rest added in six months, beats stretching the same budget across ten and getting a site that has to be rebuilt.
What moves the final price
These six things move it most. We ask about each at the brief — which is why an estimate after a conversation beats any calculator.
Number of pages
Not the pages themselves but the number of distinct templates. Twenty product cards on one layout cost less than three pages each with its own structure.
Design
A ready theme fitted to your content costs less than a custom layout. For a standard business-card site a template is often the smarter choice, and we will say so.
Integrations
Payment, delivery, CRM, accounting exchange. Each one is not only the connection but the testing with real data — and the testing is what takes the time.
Content
If texts and photos are ready, we go straight to building. If not, that is separate work — we can take it on or leave it with you, but it has to be accounted for somewhere.
Multiple languages
A second language is not translated buttons. It is separate page addresses, hreflang, a switcher and twice the content. Planned from the start it costs noticeably less than added later.
Timing
The standard schedule is already in the price. Accelerating means the team works on your project instead of others, and that affects the cost.
Included in every project
Whatever the plan — these are not paid extras.
- Responsive layout for phones and tablets, checked on real devices
- Baseline technical SEO: headings, meta tags, structured data, sitemap
- An admin panel where you change texts and images yourself
- Forms wired to wherever you actually read enquiries
- SSL, domain setup and migration to your hosting
- A short walkthrough of the admin panel after handover
Not included, counted separately
We name these before the start, not in a final invoice.
- Copywriting, when the material does not exist yet
- Photography and stock image licences
- Domain and hosting fees — we register, you pay and in your name
- Setting up and running advertising
- SEO after launch — a separate service, not part of the build
- Technical support and changes once the project is closed
Frequently asked questions
How much does a turnkey website cost?
Cost depends on the site type: landing page from $300, business card site from $500, corporate site from $900, online store from $1500. We fix the exact price in the contract after scoping the work.
How long does website development take?
Landing page: 7–10 days, business card site: 10–14 days, corporate site: 20–25 days, online store: 30+ days depending on catalog complexity and integrations.
What is the payment structure?
We work on a 50/50 basis: 50% upfront before starting, 50% after delivery. Cost and timeline are fixed in the contract.
Is SEO optimization included in website development?
Yes, basic SEO setup (meta tags, load speed, responsiveness, correct structure) is included in every development plan. For deeper promotion we offer dedicated SEO services.
Why is the price given as «from»?
Because two sites with the same page count can differ twofold in work. The starting figure matches a typical project; the exact one comes after the brief, and then it does not change.
Can it be done cheaper?
It can — by cutting scope. Fewer pages, a ready theme instead of custom design, no integrations at launch. We will show what to remove and what that costs you.
Will the invoice be larger than agreed?
No. Cost and scope are in the contract; anything beyond is agreed with you first. If a stage slips on our side, it does not increase the sum.
What if the project has to stop halfway?
You pay for what is done and take the work with you — layouts, texts, code. We do not hold the result hostage to force a continuation.
Do you work with invoices and bank transfer?
Yes, officially and with proper paperwork. The scheme is standard: 50% up front, 50% on delivery.
What does support cost after launch?
It is a separate service with its own plans — see the support pricing page. One-off changes are also possible, billed hourly.
How much does a landing page cost?
A turnkey landing page costs $300–600 and goes live in 7–14 days. The price covers responsive design for desktop and mobile, a contact form, basic meta tags, one round of revisions and a month of free bug fixes. Copywriting, analytics and the domain are billed separately.
Website development cost
Plans are indicative — final cost depends on page count, integrations, design, and timeline. A landing page runs $300–600 in 7–14 days, a 3–5 page brochure site $500–900, a corporate site of up to 15 pages $900–2000 in 20–35 days.
We fix scope in the contract and never add hidden fees without approval. Every package includes rounds of revisions and a month of free bug fixing after launch — leave a request and we'll prepare a detailed proposal.
