This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Digitalto (“we”, “the studio”, “data controller”) collects, stores, uses, and protects personal data of website visitors and clients.

By using the site and submitting forms, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal data through the site.

Legal basis

We follow Ukrainian law on personal data protection and applicable international standards where relevant (including for data subjects in the European Economic Area, when such relationships exist).

Data we process

Depending on how you contact us, we may receive:

• Identity and contact details: name or alias, phone number, email address;
• Content of messages sent via contact forms or email;
• Technical data automatically transmitted when you visit the site (e.g. IP address, browser type, interface language, request time), mainly via hosting, security tools, and web analytics.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health) through forms. If you voluntarily include such information, you are responsible for its content.

Purposes and legal grounds

We process personal data to:

• Respond to inquiries and prepare commercial proposals;

You may have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, erase (where applicable), withdraw consent (where processing is consent-based), and other rights under applicable data protection law.
