CRM built around your process
An off-the-shelf CRM makes you bend the process to fit it. We work the other way round: we map how a deal actually moves through your company and build the system around that — enquiries from every channel, tasks, roles, and reports people actually read.

Our work
Full portfolio →When your own system pays off
Several pipelines, your own calculations, unusual stages. In an off-the-shelf CRM those live in custom fields and comments — which is to say nowhere.
Email, the website form, Telegram, Instagram, phone calls. Until they sit in one list, some are lost and nobody knows which.
The site does not know the warehouse, the warehouse does not know the deals. A data exchange removes the manual copying and the mistakes that come with it.
If the monthly report is an evening in a spreadsheet, you pay for it every month. Automating it once is cheaper.
How we do it
How a deal moves today, who does what, and where it stalls. Without this there is nothing to automate.
Some steps are visibly redundant. Automating unnecessary work is the most expensive way to keep it.
The key screens: enquiry list, deal card, report. Signed off before development.
The system, roles, permissions, and connections to the site, mailbox and messengers.
Data migration, training for the team, and a first month of support alongside them.

Custom CRM development and automation
A custom CRM is not always the answer. If your process is 5 stages and 2 managers, an off-the-shelf tool is cheaper and faster. Building your own pays off when the process will not fit someone else's fields: several pipelines, your own calculations, an exchange with production or a warehouse.
We start with the process rather than the code, and that step alone often reveals half the routine can simply go. Then wireframes of the key screens, development, and integrations with the site and mailbox. Work starts at $3000; the timeline follows from the process map.
